Baked Chicken Breast, Brown Rice, Greenbeans!!
For the Chicken
✨Using a fork, stab holes throughout
✨Sprinkle with lemon juice
✨Preheat oven to 325
✨Coat the bottom of a casserole dish with olive oil
✨Add Chicken to Dish
✨Season with pink sea salt & hickory seasoning
✨Cover and bake for 2 hours
For the Rice
✨In a medium saucepan add wholegrain brown rice and water according to directions
✨Add sea salt and hickory seasoning to taste
✨Cover and bring to a boil
✨Lower to a simmer and cook 45 minutes
✨Remove from heat without removing lid for 5 minutes
✨Ready to Serve
For the Greenbeans
✨Using frozen greenbeans, not canned
✨Put in a medium skillet - top with olive oil, sea salt & pepper
✨Cook on medium heat, covered- stirring frequently
Serving sizes for most women over 40 - 5-7oz of the chicken, 1/4 cup rice, 1/2 - 1 cup greenbeans
