Flex Your mind:the Power of Positive affirmations fitness

Imagine your mind as a gym. Every thought is a weight; the heavier the thought, the more challenging the lift. What if you could swap that heavy barbell of self-doubt for a light, uplifting dumbbell of positity?


The Affirmation Workout:

  1. Warm-up Your Mind:

    1. Start each day with a mantra like, "I am strong, I am capable." Repeat it while doing your warm-up/stretching routine. Feel the energy Flow!

  2. Cardio of Confidence:

    1. During your runs or cycling session, sync your breathing with affirmations: "With each step, I grow stronger." Let your heart race with positivity.

  3. Strength Training with Self-Belief:

    1. as you lift weights, say, "I can push through this." Visualize your muscles growing, not just in size but in resilience.

  4. Cool Down and Refect:

    1. After your workout, sit in silence and affirm, "I am proud of what I achieved today." Let gratitude fill your space.

Use affirmations throughout your daily life. During your morning drive, on lunch breaks, right before an important meeting, and other moments in the day where positive affirmations will give you the boost you need!!


Have a wall of affirmations - Use sticky notes or a white board to have positive thoughts at the ready!
